Headed by Dr.Gurmukh Singh the school is situated under the foohills of the shivalik mountains just 10 Kms from kalka. Opened in 1956 and upgraded from primary to middle in 1970 by then C.M. Ch. Bansi Lal ,the school is one of the oldest in this region. Again upgraded from middle to high on 1986 by then education minister. Next upgradation was in 1995 upto Sr.Sec. level by Sh. Chand Mahommad (M.L.A.).
